Bidra med feedbackI don’t get nachos in nacho chicken and meatballs in mega meat. They swapped bread and give me corn. I’m allergic to corn.
The food at this restaurant is disappointing. The marinara sub lacked sauce and had an excessive amount of meatballs. The bacon in the bacon melt appeared to be undercooked and there was barely any cheese in the sandwich. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience, and I will not be returning.
Terrible experience at this restaurant. The employee nearly forgot to include my Monterey Jack cheese, and when I pointed it out, he didn't even know what it was. Then, the woman preparing the vegetables refused to let me have sweetcorn and gherkins instead of the listed lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes because it wasn't on the menu. The whole concept of Subway is to choose your own ingredients, right? We got into an embarrassing argument until she finally gave in and reluctantly said "only this once." What a nightmare. Couldn't wait to leave and definitely won't be coming back.
Stacked bacon and cheese order- the sandwich I received looked nothing like what was described and was lacking bacon and cheese in comparison to every other subway restaurant I have been to, I travel for work and go to many different subways, I am disappointed paying £10 for something I could make at home for around £2-£3, it is normally worth while getting this sandwich, definitely not from this subway!!!
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Subway, which has compelled me to share my thoughts in the hopes that improvements will be made, There was no greeting or acknowledgment of my presence, even though the store was not busy,When I finally did get someone’s attention, the service was rushed and unfriendlyThe employee taking my order was impatient and did not seem to care about getting it right. They are not explaining about extra portioins anything, The attitude of the staff further added to the negative experience. They appeared disinterested and even annoyed when asked simple questions, Overall, my visit to Subway was very disappointing. The combination of unprofessional staff, poor service. And finally i hope that subway management Please take these issues seriously and works on important the quality of service and training their employees.
