Tim Hortons - Guelph

The service was very slow and seemed disorganized. While the staff were polite, they need to improve their customer service. A simple acknowledgment, like "I'll be with you in a minute," would have helped since I felt confused about who was taking orders and where to stand. An employee at the drive-thru eventually noticed me and took my order, while an older woman at the counter spent five minutes washing a container instead of assisting customers. It was frustrating to see her serve the next customer right after my order was taken, as she finally realized there were people waiting to order. It would have been helpful to know she was responsible for taking orders. The manager should definitely address this issue.

I visited the Stevenson and Speedvale location before doing some grocery shopping. I had to wait for a table, then ordered a coffee and a donut. The classic walnut crunch donut was lacking its usual crunch. Additionally, my coffee mug was dirty and crusty from the previous customer, which definitely needs more thorough cleaning. I think I’ll skip this place on my next visit to the plaza.

I'm really frustrated with this Tim Hortons for consistently getting my order wrong. I ordered two coffees that were clearly marked, but when I got to work and tried them, they were both incorrect. This has happened three times in the last two weeks. It's a complete waste of money. McDonald's doesn't make this many mistakes.

Ordered Double Double yesterday; I can tell from the coffee color that it wasn't Double Double at all despite they marked it as DD! I didn't want to go back and complain. I didn't drink the coffee and left! Furthermore, the tables were not kept clean.

Worst time ever employee doesn’t know how to talk with customer i don’t know what kind attitude they have. I had an experience with a indian fat guy with spex that guy is the Worst person I ever met on tim. I just Asked him a question that why you guys are not serving strawberry cremy chill and literally he started arguing with me. Worst customer service
