Bidra med feedbackWe had one of their wraps and the sushi. Everything was very nice and the flavors were interesting. Perhaps the price is a bit too high for the portions and the sushi not together, so it is a bit difficult to eat. But you must appreciate that everything is raw and they have very interesting dishes. What a pleasant surprise to find all the raw vegan restaurant in Guatemala City. The food is excellent, freshly prepared with excellent ingredients and full of amazing flavors. I loved everything from the Asian Kale Salad to the Falafel Wrap, Quinoa Sushi, Pure Green cold-pressed juice, the Blue Majik smoothie with blue Spirulina, Nutella Pudding and Blackberry Acai Cheesecake. You have a lot of interesting products! All I tasted had such thoughtful, deep flavors that you can say they really care. I think it's worth getting their desserts out of date!
We arrived shortly before closing. Apart from the sushi, we bought drinks and brownies for dessert. Every dish was amazing, albeit a bit pricey.
Best vegan place in town, hands down! Raw Vegan Chef, a graduate from Mathew Kenney Academy in Venice, CA, has created a fantastic harmony of flavors ranging from the creamy chipotle sauce (in the mouth watering BLT Wrap) which perfectly balanced with the smoked coconut bacon, to the delicacy of the velvety Nutella Pudding (all 100% Plant based, of course). An amazing culinary experience guaranteed, no doubt! The complementing and heavenly lineup of Adaptogenic Tonics (Wellness Lattes, as they call it) and their full spectrum menu of fresh, Cold Pressed juices caters to your endless indulgence of becoming a health nut in no time. Exceptionally creative seasonal dishes nowhere else found in the vicinity will keep you coming back for more. Friendly and knowledgeable young staff and an ambiance of architectural delight complete this hidden gem.
