Incredible seafood experience at a great price. A little out from city-center, but that's good too as all the locals know. You always know a good resto when it is well-used by down-homers, and El Pulpo has been popular with both tourists and locals for over 30 years! You won't be disappointed here. Comfy, clean and open atmosphere with food to die for. Love their stuffed-trout, and the ceviche of course. Strongly recommended.

Food was incredibly fresh, flavorful and for one of the few times in Mexico, the fish was not overcooked and was done to perfection. THe flavorings were wonderful, not too spicy with the ability to be more if you desired. Their specialty dish, Pulpo was indescribably delicious. Service was attentive without hovering. atmosphere was charming and the premises were clean, friendly and welcoming. wonderful would go there again in a heartbeat....it is a taxi ride from the center of town (about 10-15 minutes). Prices were were in line with the qualilty of the food. Worth every penny!

Son expertos en mariscos y pescados desde hace años, su ceviche es fantástico, su caldo de pescado exquisito, sus camarones a la mantequilla muy bien aderezados, su aguachile delicioso y todo lo que probamos estaba bien servido, abundante y sabroso a un precio excelente.
