Goodfellas Pizzeria Mill Street

Goodfellas is one of favorite places, However I had my worst experience tonight, there was no sauce on our pizza, the pizza was cold and the crust was so tough we couldn’t chew it! I understand y'all get busy but this pizza is horrible

The pizza and atmosphere is awesome! It was our first time there, went by recommendation to try pizza and meatballs. Took my family there. The employees were very friendly truly felt like Goodfellas. The pizzas are huge, order Don! The dough, sauce, and cheese are delicious mmmss! Meatball and garlic bread Italian. The toppings are fresh! I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back. My family loved it!

This review isn’t food related, but the manager Joe provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We called to ask about including flyers for their store in our move in packets for our housing complex (aka free marketing for them). As we were speaking, he said “I’m gonna stop you right there. I have a line out the door. It’s 12:20 pm why would you call at this time???” and hung up. This was such an unprofessional way to handle a phone call, especially for a manager. If they were so busy, he could’ve easily said “Hey we’re really busy right now, do you mind calling back at a different time?”. Overall disappointed in the lack of customer service skills and would not recommend interacting with Joe to anyone.

We ordered pizzas from the website, which was a mistake because we were hungry, and it took forever, when they have a nice selection of pre-made pizzas there, and we c could’ve just walked in and pointed to some pieces and eaten them then instead of waiting an hour for the exact toppings we wanted. But the pizza was good and we devoured it when we got it! Parking: Street parking is free from 7pm to 8am but it can be difficult to find a spot.

Goodfellas Mill Street never lets me down at lunchtime. Always quick, always cheap, always delicious. The ready-made slices for the lunch special vary per day, but you can usually count on a slice of pepperoni or cheese being available if the customer in front of you takes the last premium slice.
