Papa Romano's Pizza Mr. Pita

The lady that was taking my order was very rude and when I requested my pizza ito be cut with a clean knife from any meat or chicken. She told me no they’re too busy to do that they can wipe it. I specifically repeated myself that it is because of a religious purposes I cannot have it Contacted with any meat . She just completely disrespected me disregarded my request so I asked for a refund I will never come back to this

I literally just got off phone with some very rude guy because I couldn 't remember the hiring mangers name he told me I 'm the 1who answered phone last 3times you called if you can 't even remember the hiring mangers name it 's not going to work out then hung up on

Ordered online 30 minutes ahead and when I got there, my order wasn't ready. They also didn't gave the flavor wings, I ordered and tried to charge me for an alternate flavor. That was crazy. Why not accommodate me for the inconvenience? Never going back again.

Today I got a thin crust, medium pizza with tomatoes, mushrooms, and ham. It was the absolute best pizza I have ever had anywhere. Tomatoes were so fresh, pizza was loaded with ingredients. It was incredible.

I actually like this place over a lot of other pizza chains. I’ve never had a problem and food is always great. They cook the pizza just how we like it every time. Thin crust came out perfect. Vegetarian options: I got the chicken margherita minus the chicken, so basically margherita and it was amazing on thin crust.
