Had to lap the place twice to get my online order. Had to ask about my drink that was forgotten. They forgot napkins and utensils, and my sauce. Had to eat dry chicken that seemed like it was left out for an hour. Both me and wife had food poison from the mashed potatoes and corn of all things. Afraid to eat any leftovers
First, the deals are online and on the app, but this location shows as not accepting online orders. After bringing this up I had to go inside to ask about it. The guy at the front was very nice and wanted to help, but no one seemed to know why it was down. The prices sky rocket in store and no one can help this. The manager comes around and just says “nothing we can do”. Second, I give in and spend double for less food so I don’t have to drive somewhere else. The food is ready immediately after check out. I thought maybe I got lucky. The truth of the matter is, I just paid double for the worst food I have gotten in at least a year and compared to every place I’ve been to. The chicken was grimey, the tenders were literally bricks, but me of the biscuits were straight dough, and the fries were from yesterday. We did however enjoy the world’s tiniest bowl of mashed potatoes. Price was $36, we forced down a tender and one piece of chicken and tossed the rest. Shame. If you see this KFC corporate, I would like a refund.
THE MANAGER YELLED FOR ME TO MOVE MY CAR WHILE I WAS PAYING FOR MY ORDER!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE MANAGERIAL BEHAVIOR!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!!! I WAS SO UPSET!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE SHE SPOKE TO ME LIKE THAT!!! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS ON HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. ALSO ON HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS!!!!! I MEAN WITHOUT US.... THERE WOULDN'T BE A KFC!!!! C'MON... DO BETTER KFC ON ELAM RD.!!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A MANAGER ESPECIALLY!!!! WILL DO MU BEST TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!!! PLEASE EVERYONE REMEMBER TO BE KIND, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE ELSE IS GOING THROUGH!!!!!! ,,
Some Spanish lady tonight on June 5th, 2024 Refuses to come to the window and service me my UberEats delivery. I honked in the drive thru and knocked on the window. She waved her hands saying they’re closed. WHICH THEY ARE NOT. I reported them to Uber and hopefully this location can get removed from the app completely. Thanks :
