Subway - Grovetown

This is the only Subway location I'll go to in the CSRA, and that's all because of Amaris. He has an amazing personality and outstanding customer service skills. Plus, he really puts a lot of care into making my footlongs. He never rushes when preparing my sandwich, which I think is crucial for maintaining the consistent taste during each visit. If he ever left, I would honestly stop eating there.

This is hands down the finest Subway in the area. You can expect to get exactly what you ordered, made with the freshest ingredients, and served quickly by friendly, smiling staff! I highly recommend it! Debra and her team are truly the best!

I really noticed a difference during lunchtime. The line was quite backed up. I'm not sure if there was a new manager, but there were four employees present and only two of them were making sandwiches and operating the register. Wouldn't it have made sense to have at least one more person up front? Customers definitely noticed that the staff was having a tough time!

The service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, polite, and took the time to thoroughly explain all the sandwich options available.

I haven't visited in a while. They no longer serve roasted chicken breast or spicy mustard, but besides that, the sub was good, and the staff was very polite.
