Haven't been there in a while. They don't have roasted chicken breast or spicy mustard any more but other than that the sub as good and the workers was very polite.
Ordered from this Subway on 7/13/22 and had placed an order online for two foot-longs that were both incorrectly built. When I called back to the store I was told that there was no Manager on the premise to answer and that I would need to call the next day. The staff were polite, friendly, and apologetic for the mistake. They said that the Manager would be notified so everything could be fixed the following day. So I placed a follow-up call with this location the subsequent day, hoping that the error could be corrected. Not only was the Manager (Debra? not informed of the issue, she was rude and insulting about the mistake. She did not offer to correct it, rather she made excuses and trivialized the error as insignificant. She condescendingly ended the call with; ?Well what do you want me to do about it?? Simple answer, make it right. It?s a sandwich, not rocket science. I won?t be going back to this location again. Nice work Debra, you actually somehow managed in a position of ?Leadership? to have less customer service and business acumen than your staff.
This is the only Subway location I will eat at in the CSRA and it's because of Amaris. He has like the best personality and customer service skills, plus he puts so much love into fixing my footlongs. He doesn't rush my sandwich, which I believe is the key to the consistency of the taste on each of my visits. If he were to leave, I would literally stop eating there.
This is the absolute best Subway in town. You will always get exactly what you order with the freshest ingredients and speedy service from friendly smiling faces! I highly recommend!! Debra and her crew are the best of the best!
