Dunkin' - Grove City

Updating my review. I have no idea what people's thinking is. I love this place. Love getting donuts here but who in the he'll puts chocolate frostd donuts upside in a bag so the frosting is all over the bag and not on the donut. I'm not paying a 1$ for a plain donut. Frosted donuts should be in a box. I swear some of these must not like working here. I also ordered a cream donut and he forgot to add it to the order so we went back around, ordered it off my mobile App. Good lord, not good experience this time around. Most times this place is good to go to. Service can be slow but it depends on who is working will determine what kind of service you get

Truly the worst dunkin i’ve been to. always ten minutes in the drive thru 1 or 10 cars. pulled up with a mobile order. waited ten minutes only to be told at the window they didn’t have what i ordered. always great. would recommend drinking a warm water bottle in your car instead of going here.

They always my my order perfectly. My coffee is also super sweet and the Staff is very friendly everytime I come out. Me and my dog both look forward to coming back everytime

Every time I go to this Dunkin they mess up my order or are out of simple things like, wait for it, donuts! They’ll be out of donuts, bagels, or croissants at 9:00 am and will not make more. The staff does not take even the simplest of orders correctly, even if they do have the item you’re ordering.

Wanted an extra dark bagel with cream cheese. They gave me extra cream cheese instead of extra toasting. This location is notorious for not getting even simple orders correct. Beware and check everything before you leave. I wouldn't bother doordashing either, my experiences have never been pleasant.
