Apulian menu with a modern twist. Absolutely fantastic experience. Tried the Gamberino and the Seottona rolls, delicious! Nice and superfriendly service! Homemade desserts are completely addictive!

Vico 51 Bistrot is not to be missed! It is worth the effort of navigating the scenic roads and alleys of Grottaglie. The chef prepared choices on the menu that were unique and appetizing. The shrimp and burrata bruschetta was uniquely made to highlight the flavors of each component. The paccheri pasta with cream of potato, zucchini flowers and guanciale was mouthwateringly delicious and cooked to perfection! We even chose to have dessert because the uncooked cheese cake sounded enticing. It went beyond our expectations with the marriage of the creamy mascarpone with a dollop of mango sorbet topped with hazelnuts which was the perfect combination and a delight to eat! 10/10 for Vico 51. A shirt drive from Arberobello and worth the drive. To add to the experience the owners were gracious and stayed open to accommodate our pranzo. The location, in a beautiful crossroad of alleys, set the stage for this scrumptious lunch. Do not miss the opportunity to visit this unique restaurant!
