Bidra med feedbackThis Tim Hortons in the Niagara Region has the worst customer service and attention to detail. During my visit, I ordered a crispy chicken bowl, a turkey club combo with peach juice and wedges. When I went to pay at the window, they forgot my peach juice. They eventually got it for me, but as I was on my way to work, I realized the wedges were missing. I called to let them know, and they asked me to come back. I declined and suggested they take my name down for the next time, as McDonald's does. However, the staff member just told me they close at 11 and didn't know what to do, so I hung up and don't plan on returning.
Waited over 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich at the counter. They ran out of eggs apparently.

Went in to get my son some donuts and the guy who was mopping the floor yelled “MOVE” to my child very rudely which is totally unacceptable. Using manners and being polite wasn’t even in the cards for the grown man employee.He also was sweeping in the door way and we waited for him and he gave us the clear to come in and closed the door on us didn’t even hold it so I had to move my son so he didn’t get hit by the door..
Some tim's are better than others..This one I would put right at the top...
