Do Eat Sushi - Grimsby

Eat two customers after home with the wrong orders. they brought the ordered back and sent the same food back to the right customers. foods that have already been in a foreign car during a pandemic they had returned to resent...out to correct customers. I just confirmed that my eating was on the wrong car by making the other guy I had number on the top of my order. we talked and realized that the food we had was on the car of the opposite person and was returned during a pandemic. never digest in my life. shameful practice at do eat sushi

The restaurant is not clean and there is a strong presence of smoke inside. Just take a look at the photos, they show the source of a recent local rat infestation.

Ordered takeout for a medium sized group (order was over $100) called the day before and asked for it to be ready by a specific time because the group was meeting for lunch. When I arrived to pick up the food at the specified time,...the server commented It 's not ready yet. ...it seemed as if they had barely started preparing the food. I waited almost 30 minutes for all of the food to be ready. They did add on a free item as an apology, and the server was very apologetic and helped carry the food out to the car.

My family and I have eaten here all the time and it was fantastic. I'm not sure what's going on now, but the last couple of times we've eaten here are terrible. it was stale and the amount of dip we got was not even enough for a person. very disappointed. will not come back. we gave them three last chances and they disappointed us.

The food here was good. The service was decent, but not great, eventually we had to go find someone just to pay our bill because no one was coming to our table, then the employee had no idea what table we had been at or...what we ordered (all you can eat! and a water! ...there was only one other table with people in the restaurant. Prices are a bit high considering the service and the atmosphere of the restaurant is not that great.
