Wendy's - Gretna

I can only evaluate my experience and I had a great experience that I supported from Kenyara. I'm very glad she cracked a smile after having rude customers in front of me, she held her treasure and believed it or not that it really did my day. The order was right and my chili was surprisingly in perfect food condition

Order was cold demand for fresh they put the same order in frit when I got home she was hard to eat

I didn't expect much, but I was so disappointed. The sandwich I had was kind of warm and my pommes were cold and tasty as if they were sitting for a while. You could argue that the fat had to be changed. I just don't like Wendy.

This is usually a decent Wendy to stop, but tonight was ridiculous. There were only 2 cars in front of me in the car thru and we waited for over 25min. Then Lady in the window was not the kindest person, think she must be reminded that she has a job because people choose to eat her. So if they decide to eat elsewhere, do bad service, then their not point of their work there. Got the 2 stars because the food was good, which should not be too difficult to make chicken nuggets and chill.

This location is near my work. The ladies here have always been polite and my food is always made quickly and accurately. Thanks for the courteous service!
