Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Greshamville

No unsweetened tea, cold food and cold sauces at 6:45pm they were already breaking down to close the shop at 8pm.

Picked up brisket today. It was all fat. They were preparing 80 catered boxes and I got home (one hour away) opened the box and it was not edible. Wish I could post a picture. Manager said I’d have to bring it back. Yeah sure.

It’s been 2 hours and no call or notification about my order. It’s been stuck on “out for delivery” for 1 hour and 30 mins. I’d rather them contact me and ask if I’d rather pickup or wait 3 hours for a delivery.

Always love easy in, quick service, and great BBQ. One of our sure fire juice picks for Madison proper.

Have always had decent dining experiences in the past. Had to pack food to go because crew was busy prepping for close at 6:45 pm. Not good overall experience.
