Rigsby's Smoked Burgers, Wings Grill

Ryan is incredible!!! He's the sweetest most soft-spoken, yet attentive bartender EVER!!! The food was ok...the chicken tenders and onion rings are 5 stars...throw in Ryan and his beverages and services and I would rate this place 10 stars!!! Thank you for such an enjoyable experience, Ryan! We'll DEFINITELY be back to see you!

This is my first review ever. I am 12. Our server was Ryan and he made me the best chocolate shake ever! I had the chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese and it was so good. Ryan was so nice. I hope we can go there again soon.

I was on my way to get sushi and saw this place. Wasn't here last time I was in this area. Figured I'd give it try. Good beer options, full bar. As far as food quality and service, I'm gonna come back and check this place out another time. I see lots of potential. Today was just off I'm sure. The flavor of the food was great, quality of the meat was lacking, wings might have been frozen too long and the pork I think after talking with the manager may have just been over cooked, it was really dry. Fries were a little undercooked. I don't think they were short staffed based on the amount of people eating but, felt short staffed overall. Like, how long it took to get a drink and how long I waited for the food was more than I would have liked. Still, I think when this place is operating at 100% it's probably a very good place to eat. It just wasn't my experience the first time there. That being said, I definitely want to try it again, because I want to like this place.

We visited last night during the $1 wings special and loved it. The cooks and staff did an amazing job. We even met the new GM and praised him on turning the restaurant around. Lots of positive changes happening. We have a large group of friends who gather every Wednesday (currently elsewhere) and would love it if the wings special becomes a regular event on Wednesdays. Will be back.

The pork belly Burger was really good. Fries taste like homemade fries. And really didn't like the macaroni and cheese. But everything else was great.
