Bidra med feedbackIf you are a fan of the holidays, the drinks and food are delicious. The money goes to a good cause. Very comfortable seating and ambiance.
One of the best places I have been to with a Christmas theme! The ambiance was great, service was great, drinks were phenomenal and the food was delicious!
They said our reservation was only for 1 hour and 15 minutes, which is a really short time for a group of people we had reserved the table for the get drinks, appetizers and dinner. The staff was extremely rude when we asked if we could sit longer since we were surrounded by empty tables. At one point when we asked the waiter, he looked and us and turned around and walked away without saying anything. The food was sub-par. The shisito peppers were still mostly raw and flavorless, the meat and cheese tray was minimal, and the scallops were served on spam. Loved miracle bar last year at Pindustry, definitely will not go again if its hosted at the Rouge. Very disappointed in our experience.
The experience was a disappointment. Our server was grumpy at best, not attentive at all and provided horrible service. We ordered 2 drinks and one small pizza and we were never checked on during our hour long reservation. The margherita pizza was super over priced and tasted horrible. Most of it tasted burned, there was barely any cheese or basil (in fact some slices had no cheese or basil just 2 cherry tomato slices on bread . The pizza came out right away, so I must think it had been turned away from another customer or reheated as it tasted burned there was no way it had been freshly made. (We would have asked for another pizza to give the opportunity to correct the situation, but again we were never checked on. I had to try 4 times to get our waiters attention in order to pay our bill which came to $69.04 before tip (again for 2 cocktails and a horribly tasting small pizza. There was no Christmas music playing, and the ambience was just not there like in previous years at other locations. Also, the cocktails are old and need to be refreshed with new recipes. Though I appreciate trying to raise funds for charity, when you couple that $5/pp fee, with the overpriced drinks and food, and the 3% Industry Service fee that is not disclosed anywhere until it shows up on the receipt, this becomes a very overpriced/expensive outing. We would not recommend this location and will probably not return to Miracle Bars in the future.
This was our first time at Rouge. We really enjoyed all of the decorations for the Miracle Bar. Service was also fantastic. We were there on a Sunday and they had a brunch menu, which was good. Love the setup and vibe of the place. We will definitely be back to try their normal menu at the beginning of the year.
