Taco Bell - Greenwood

Do not give her the gratitude if they have to wait an obscene long time until their food is delivered when they order from this special taco bell with doordash, ubereats, etc. one of the female hired, especially, will be so rude that drivers say screw it off, force them to wait until a new driver can be found.

Not sure what went wrong with this location. 7:30PM Friday evening and there are no employees in the restaurant working at all. Doors are locked and thought maybe the drive-thru is open only, but no. The restaurant is closed and lights are on inside but no one here but the line up of people in the drive thru thinking they can order. If you close, at least put up a sign stating your closed, or system problem, or short staffed.

I try and go here often in the mornings due to it being close to my work. Their store hours say open....but I guess they just choose when they wanna work. It 's been several times I 've tried to get my bacon crunch wrap and they are just not open and will be rude to me like I 'm doing something stupid. Over it. Get better staff. If you can 't wake up on time work second shift.

Put two mobile orders in. Got to the window and was told to drive to the back of the line for the second order. Waited 45 minutes because they would not refund the second order. Pretty disappointing.

First time at this taco bell. They got the order correct and the food was good...for taco bell. Service was good too.
