Sonic Drive-in - Greenwood

Slightly above average service here. Pulled into the drive-thru, waited several uncomfortable minutes without being acknowledged. Finally had to ask if anyone was at the speaker. Person who answered seemed a little stressed, not terribly friendly. Gal at the window was polite so I call it a wash. This location is very hit or miss as far as that goes, but I’ve never gotten cold food or inedible food. Service can be a little slow, unfortunately, but given the state of things, that’s to be expected. Don’t go during half-price happy hour and you should be fine. Otherwise, be prepared to deal with plenty of other hungry people.

Everyone who works here seems to be their first time ever talking to a human. every time we go, we have to wait at least 45 minutes in the drive for 2 drinks. this time the girl told us in the window that the person paid before us for our order. she gave it to us and I told her that it was not the right order, so she closed the window and when she came back, she told us our total even tho the person paid before us for it? I don't want to pay, of course, but someone just wasted their money for nothing since we were charged.

Drive thru very slow. Staff was average at best! Customer service is not a priority!

Food was cold! Didn't bring straws for the drinks. Had cherry syrup all over the outside of the cup and didn't bring napkins to even clean it up. This is to be my favorite fast food place! Not anymore!

I ordered ahead on the app at 6 pm. I set my order to be picked up at 6:25 pm. I live 15 miles away but I grew up on Sonic am loyal.I checked in at 6:24 pm, it's 6:51 and the people who pulled in next to me have gotten their order left. I'm still waiting I'm lost as to how or why. I have never waited so long for an order.
