I had only one item in my order, but they told me to pull forward and served two people who arrived after me before I left waiting. Why do they bother telling me to move forward if they can't fulfill my order?
The staff at this restaurant needs to improve their communication with customers. On February 12, 2021, I arrived at 7:07 to pick up an order. A woman in a blue shirt and black pants, who I believe was named Amanda, rudely yelled at me that the lobby was closed without even asking for my name or order. When I informed her the order she mentioned was not mine, she still insisted I wait outside because the lobby was closed. She could have handled the situation more politely. When I asked for her name, she responded dismissively with "Why?" If the lobby closes at 7, the doors should be locked by 7. How was I supposed to know? Overall, her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.
For the second consecutive visit, my order was incorrect. Be sure to double check your order before leaving as they only get it right about 25% of the time. Don't bother trying to complain as they never answer the phones.

The clerk who took our order was rude as hell. And when we were pulling up to pay for our food he was hurrying us forward but there was a truck in front of us still. We were fairly close to the truck but couldn't come closer without hitting it and yet still not close enough to reach the window to give him our payment. The next thing we know he has nearly jumped out of the drive through window to grab the card from my sister's hand. I have never seen anything so bizarre at McDonald's before. I couldn't stop laughing and thinking this man is on something. His behavior was so strange and downright rude. I will not visit this one again.
