I decided to watch the Dallas vs. Eagles game at Buffalo Wild Wings because it was too cold to go to the stadium and cheer for my team in person. As a travel agent, I missed out on some potential commission because of it! I was also disappointed that I couldn’t get my favorite spinach artichoke dip here. Nonetheless, the atmosphere was just right for dealing with my team's loss. The delicious food helped me cope with the disappointment while I enjoyed my meal. I had the Buffalo Spiced Chicken Wrap, and I must say it was great. Overall, it's a fantastic family restaurant!
I've tried just about every wing place in Eastern North Carolina, and I have to say, I've been really impressed with BWW. I’ve dined in a couple of times, but I've mostly ordered for pickup over the past year. Pickup can sometimes be a hassle since you never know how the food will turn out, but I’ve been consistently blown away by their wings. They’re always spot on when it comes to the food, and the staff is incredibly respectful. My pickup orders can be a bit complicated, but they handle everything like pros. I have nothing but respect for BWW and its employees. If I could give them more than five stars, I definitely would! Having worked in the food industry myself, I know how chaotic it can get, but BWW really stands out. Thank you all, and you can count on my continued support and tips. Sorry for the long message, but thanks again, BWW!
I experienced a long wait for takeout because of the Super Bowl, but it wasn't too unpleasant. I placed my order in the morning for a 5:30 PM pickup and ended up collecting it around 5:50 PM. There was a designated takeout entrance on the side of the building, which was convenient. The wings were just as good as at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations.
When I asked to speak to the manager, the employee simply put me on hold while elevator music played for three minutes, after which I decided to hang up. Because of this experience, I won't be returning to this restaurant. I understand that working in customer service can be difficult, but I don’t expect to be treated disrespectfully. It's disappointing, especially since I had even left a tip for my pickup order.
