The manager on duty was fantastic! I'll eat here again and again!

The biscuits were grossly undercooked with wet sticky doughy centers. The dirty rice was so old and overcooked it had lost any texture and was basically mush. DO NOT GO HERE!

They forget something every single time! A biscuit, a side, a spork, a piece of chicken, a cookie, etc.…I would get home and discover what’s missing, now I check it right at the window. I like Bojangles’ food, I dislike the great lack of attention to detail at this particular location on Wade Hampton.

Absolutely horrible customer service!I tried to order the fish dinner/platter and no one knew anything about it. Told me they didn't have anything like that. I've ordered it before at a different franchise but still should be the same. I used to be an AUD with both corporate and another franchise and it's disappointing to know not even the evening shift manager knew about or offered to do anything about the rude guy who argued with me about it. At the very least a sandwich combo without the bread would have been fine but that was not ever an option for them.

Warning !!!!! Me and my co worker went to eat dinner at this location around 7:34 pm on 2 -14-24 when we went inside it looked like a pig pin the prep area where the sides are kept was disgusting food everywhere trash and food on the floor behind the counter my co worker asked the cashier to clean the area before our food was served because it was so nasty he ignored her then she asked to speak to the manager he avoided her as long as he could when finally came to the counter she asked him to wipe the area he stated what the hell do you want me to do he was being very nasty at that point we got our money back this is not the first incident with rude employees and filthy conditions at that location the lady manager i had spoken to about the other incident acted like it was a inconvenience to deal with anything i also have pictures of everything and intend to contact the health department about the extremely unsanitary conditions at this location
