Super rude and impatient from no reason need better people work the drive thru 01/05/23 at 5:20 today, which ever worked at that time

I went through the bus. my job was good. the service was okay. the only problem is that I order 5 chicken strips and a sequence of the ranch buffalo chicken fries. When I went into the window and got my food, I asked for a BBQ sauce and he told me it was 25 cent. I don't get a soak with my chicken strips? he said they don't get soak when they just strip and don't get the combo. What do you mean, I have chicken strips, shouldn't I get a dipping sauce with him? you don't understand. I made a face and then he looked around and slipped one. When I got my food home, I saw there was a Zax sauce in the box, but I didn't know that or wanted a Zax sauce. I usually don’t have such a hard time at other zaxby’s sites, just these. the food was good, but the service was sub par. the type has given me the sauce, and I do not blame him for trying to follow the guidelines, but why should anyone who has ordered chicken strips not be entitled to 1 sose of their choice? dietary restrictions: not a lot of options for gluten sensitivities. I think there is an salate that has no flesh, but I think the salates are prefabricated with taking meat on it.

Quite solid option. I can't get wrong with what they order. do not forget the sauce because the frits and the broth are rather dry.

Hair in my food. Thank you, I noticed it as soon as I sat with my food. I asked the girl in the register for a refund and she went on the back to get a wut. But when the manager came out, she had an employment with me. not even apologised for the situation. she pretended I had troubled her for the hair search and asked for a refund. for the sake of the incident I simply said a word and went on to come and leave a bad review. I just wish I could leave a negative star rating to the number of this situation.

We need a Manager that respect herself.She make my 11 year old son cry ? leaving out of here on Sunday 17th September.I will never forget this day.She's a disgrace
