Pizza Hut - Greensboro

Specific to give so that those who have worked the layer get credit... Placed on 5-11-2019 in Burlington Road at 19:57 and was sooooo impressed! The staff was very personal and polite, the pizza was fresh, the crust fluffy with light crunch, and especially NOT GROSS! That was perhaps the BEST Pizza Hut Pizza I've ever ordered! Will definitely return to this place! FABULOUS! Thank you.

On the app we ordered the route to this place on a Friday night, so we do not expect it to be ready as soon as we arrived. so we waited for the app to say order ready. when I was paid and said it was a few minutes. I asked why the app said it was ready if it was not(lie #1) and was said it had to be cut only and it was next door(lie #2). My pizza was still in the oven. the staff on the back brought other pizzas for people who were not yet there and had to be told to bring my next. When we came home, that was the worst pizza I ever got from a pizza hut. it was dry in some spots and dough in others. I can't believe how bad they got. even Chuck-E-Cheese Pizza is better than that. Four adults in my house do not finish a large pizza and our fat floors usually order 2 to 3 pizzas. My son asked about Little Caesars I really wish I had listened.

My order was cold as if the pizza had been sitting for a while. I'll call the administrator back and she fixed it and got my order super. Great customer service. Thank you.

I placed a carry out order, when I walked into the establishment there was a sewage smell. I ordered Pizza and teriyaki wings, the cashier would not give me any dipping sauce for the wings, she stated that it would be a dollar extra and that no dipping sauce including ranch came with an order of wings she was not very polite). I've never been to any restaurant where ranch or blue cheese wasn't included with an order of wings. The only positive thing was that the food was fresh. I doubt I'll be ordering from here again.
