Jimmy John's - Greensboro

Terrible customer service. I wasn't greeted when I walked in or spoken to at all. I had to inform the girl working that I had rewards, and her response was, "It already went through." The staff was rude, making for a very unpleasant experience. I can't understand how people with such poor service and attitudes get hired.

The staff is always very attentive to my needs. I called more than 15 times just to gather some details about their catering services.

I experienced very poor customer service during my visit. Upon arriving, I was neither greeted nor acknowledged by the staff. When I mentioned my rewards, the girl simply responded, "It's already going through," which felt dismissive. The employees came across as rude, and overall, my interaction was quite negative. I'm not sure how a place can operate with such inadequate service and atmosphere.
