Bidra med feedbackThe atmosphere, service, and food were all fantastic. For a price, you can bring your own alcohol, but they also have wine available for purchase. The food was incredible. I like the fact that the menu is pre selected for you, and it changes every week; so if you go multiple times you won't have the same meal twice. I also like that they support local food sources for their dinners. Everything that is served is grown/caught on the North Fork of Long Island. Reservationis required, so I would definitely check it out and make the reservation ASAP.
Chef Taylor Knapp redefines the concept of farm-to-table dining. Everything is sourced locally and prepared fresh, with some menu items even foraged from the surrounding area. The flavors and cooking styles blend to create unique dishes like salami carrots and campfire butter. Open only on alternating Saturdays during the season (this year), this dining experience is an essential highlight of the North Fork that should not be overlooked. Reservations are required and often need to be made well in advance due to very limited seating.
We enjoyed our time here, but the wine servings were rather small.
Incredible! This was the best dining experience we've had in years, spanning multiple countries. I really wish we lived closer!
