I came with my man and my daughter. we stood in front for a few minutes and contacted at least 3 employees before someone came by and sat. there was only one table throughout the restaurant. we sat and waited and waited. No one came by to ask us our drink order. I stood up after a few minutes and saw 4 young women standing behind the bar, all just screaming. I asked if we could get a service and that we would appreciate it very much. they all stared at me like I was the one who was rude. I went back to our table and nobody followed me. we sat for another minute and decided to go. absolutely pathetic. I work in a bar and I never give bad cries because I am empathizing with the employees. but that was just ridiculous. we went to bdubs and ended our waitress 35 dollars on a 75 dollar tab. we always overtake us and take care of our waitresses. your loss. will never come back.
The bar Maid/Waitress was excellent (she gets 6 stars from 6) and she worked very hard, wings a pommes were good, 4 stars. the design beer / apple wine drinks are too high, they taste great, but not worth the price.
Okay. So, I don't like to give 1 star ratings unless it was a terrible experience in which regular with bad interactions on the personal. but that's close, we're here about three months ago. there were a few on the family side and we on the bar side. four employees. I had to get my own soda twice. we were just not watching. yesterday we felt like wings, and wings etc. won over the nearby wings. a mistake that we will never do again. four tables in the family, one in the bar. three employees on the floor. Long waiting times without drinking afterfills. we wanted a marinara and got a salsa. Well, whatever, they are both red. we never saw our server between app ordering and eating service, then, not until billing time we had to request from another server. I had to go to the bar for a soda refill twice. where our server was stationed and the family room could not see. admitted, I'm pretty sure they had the ability to go and check us, but that didn't happen after our order was taken. the food was good, but this whole experience was bad enough to justify us calling a manager. the manager was one of the servers. who went several times from us, as we had empty drinks and did not say anything to her hired at the bar, nor did she offer help. she explained that our server was new, they worked the bar and probably shouldn't have gotten a table (actually? a table she couldn't see from her workstation and...then she has always explained it. the manager owed everything she was like. I'm just sorry, they're new or something would have been longing. but she then said that she noticed that our server didn't help us...but then the manager did absolutely nothing (away the wrong one brings us after we hit them down. what the marinara is delicious with the cheese curds btw) to help her or help us. she had this whole show play and went over her managertag. she was friendly enough to offer a discount and a few goods, but I gave her to a nearby table without intention of returning, especially with a perfectly fine wing space less than 1,000' away. I'll say I'm not interested in their default email response. No. I just can't come back. simple and simple. I have seen the last reviews and they reflect our experience quite similar. they obviously do not care about the actual solution of the problems, and throw us a free or reduced meal will do nothing if I get my own drinks and see how many pokemon I can catch (all 8 I saw) before I see my server. when they come here, they can see why there are enough seats available. two visits, months apart, both males occupied in appropriate wise, and both males simply p -poor service. the guide and the personal of this device has simple, simple, simple, actually, to give out *s and it shows in the service (but not eating, it is still good) and the paragliding. it's a little sad. eating is really good, the wing sauces are delicious. but this service. and I will tell the manager they should never, never tell a customer that they will not be here anymore, this is never what we want to hear, it is unprofessional and absolute disrespect for this person. you should remain disciplined between you two. we'll take care that I'll talk to her. we make a note of it in its act, even. but dang, not that they will soon end them. what? H*l. proves that they have done so often, they are excused to the point that they are only blunt about it. you gave her a table she couldn't see. you weren't over there and pretending she was checking us out. you didn't offer us any help. you didn't handle her, you did it.
Don't waste your time. I was in this Greenfield location two times. After the first time I said I would never go back, we waited 15 minutes to sit, another 15 minutes before someone took our drink order. that was okay. this visit was probably 4 years ago. Last night after a long day at work we decided to get out. the only restaurants opened were applebees until midnight, the choice was
Being a local establishment I'd suggest going to Wings etc; As Opposed to Buffalo Wild Wings. Their service is better, faster, and the atmosphere is intriguing. I really like the montage of old sports tickets epoxied into the bar table. I like the Hot Honey Garlic sauce best, but I don't think I would venture farther than the Asian Kick...choice is yours...cheers?
