Ferch's Malt Shoppe - Greendale

Have been going here for many years and everything is always good I have never tried the food but looks and smells really good but you can not go wrong with any of the ice cream weather it's a flavor with up to 2 mix ins or a banana shake like my sonloves to get from there it's all good!

I?m still sitting here. I?ve been waiting 20 minutes for my ice cream while the teenagers working talk to their friends, and then THEY MADE MY ORDER WORNG! And then made me pay for ANOTHER one after it was THEIR mistake! Seriously, if you?re going tohire people make sure they?re competent and you?re not paying them to socialize with their friends. Preparing myself to waitanother 20 minutes for the RIGHT order.

Out of food that I ordered, but I didn't find out until after I paid. No real option for a refund it seems. The cashier was awesome but the cook was... Okay? They food was okay, nothing crazy, and the setting is cool. The jukebox took my quarters. I'mone and done customer.

Food is fast and excellent quality. Garlic fries are fabulous. Malts always perfect. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Well rounded menu but not complicated. Food is always cooked perfect. My favourite place to eat. ????

Went here for a quick lunch and sat at the counter and ordered a burger and fries. Lots of people ordering malts and specialty custard, which is what they do best. And it was pleasant to watch happy kids walk away smiling. A bit pricey, but not out ofthis world. I will return.
