Bidra med feedbackFun little bar, there was no lot to be totally honest, but the music was great! You have a small dance floor and drinks were very well served! Had a few long island ice tea they were $9 dollars I thought I was a bit too expensive for what it was, but overall it is a cool place to stop by having some fun drinks
I got a small pitcher of Miller Lite for $4.50, that's about 4 mugs...pretty good. The place is normally not too busy and not loud. They allow smoking and may not be the place non-smokers would like to go because most of the people sitting at the bar are smokers.
I enjoy popping into Jim's on a Friday or Saturday night. It's not usually packed, pretty relaxed, prices are pretty comparable, though I admit, I don't hit a lot of bars. No bullcrap, fighting, screaming... DJ on the weekends. It's interesting watching people dance. They have three pool tables and a dartboard. Throughout the week it's pretty dead, free pool on Tuesdays. You can meet some interesting regulars that shoot pool there, maybe learn a thing or two! I've never felt unsafe there.
Excellent wings. Stopped in for their wing special on Monday night. You can't beat tasty .35 cent wings. My only regret is that there is no family dining area because I know that my son would love to go enjoy their wings as well.
CLOSED... Jim's Tavern is permanently shut down. There’s a sign on the front door. Thanks, Tom Wolf.
