Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Red Robin has always been a go-to of chian restaurants, yet the one in Mt. Juliet always just misses the mark. Food doesn't seem as fresh, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is lacking, and it just has never lived up to the level of quality, service, and cleanliness the other Red Robin's exhibit. My avo-cobb-o salad chicken was cold, and the tomatos were missing. The manager came over and apologized, and they remade my salad. It ended up being okay but not the succulent and juicy chicken breast I have had before on the salad. It's sad. I love this chain for good burgers and salads. Additionally, my husband ordered a side of no-salt fries, and they were the color that tells you they were cooked twice. The fryer grease seems like it hasn't been changed frequently enough from the taste of the fries. It is hugely disappointing as we normally love to go to Red Robin. Now we know why this particular one keeps falling off our radar.

The first fries that we got were grease soaked. Could actually squeeze the fries and see the grease come out. We said something to the server and she brought out another batch, same thing. She had the manager come so that we could show her and she took care of the problem. The oil in the fryer was too old and not cooking them properly. They changed fryers and then changed the oil in the one and the rest of the fries came out looking and tasting better.Parking: Spaces are located all the way around the building both next to the building and along the outside curb. Handicap parking spaces are right in front of the door.Wheelchair accessibility: Smooth transition from the parking spaces to the sidewalk. No special ramp area, all the way across the handicap parking spaces is equal height.

Updating my previous review: The quality of both the food and service has significantly declined in recent years. We don’t visit often, but when we do, I usually leave feeling disappointed. It's clear why the parking lot is often empty now.

Honestly, the food was picked up and delivered to me. I ordered a medium-rare burger, but what I received was overcooked and tough, like chewing on charcoal. It was the worst burger I've ever had, and I couldn't even return it to the restaurant. My advice is to make sure to check your order before leaving.
