Osprey Bar and Lounge - GREEN HEAD

This restaurant is the only one in Greenhead that serves both meals and alcohol. It is a cozy room connected to the motel, with a refrigerator stocked with a variety of drinks. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. Perfect for a casual meal or drinks. The owners were friendly and welcoming.

We had a very nice meal here during our last trip to jurien bay personal service was very attentive and fast and they even gave us a stubby holder for our drinks, as very Australian: the woman and I shared the fish and chips, because we were not overly hungry and both were very satisfied with the fish and the kitchen. very pleasant environment also. can easily recommend for a decent meal in green head.

Our visit was on a very quiet Sunday morning but the staff were more than happy to serve us cake coffee. Lovely homemade carrot cake the coffees were made especially to our liking varying requests such as soy etc. A lovely al...fresco area.

Weekend away in Jurien Bay....went for a drive to Green head and like other reviewers, saw the sign out front marketing crayfish rolls. Crayfish rolls in a crayfishing town, what could go wrong right? Ha ha, $22.00 for a square inch of crayfish smothered in...mayonnaise hidden in a stale bread roll! And then a rude owner (middle aged lady) who took offence that I rang the buzzer (as per the sign) to get someone’s attention in order to pay the bill. Do yourself a favour and save your appetite for any of the eateries in Jurien Bay they were all first class......sadly nothing similar can be said about this place. If the owner(s) bothers to read this, take note, if you profess to own and/or operate a business then that’s what you should do....don’t use it as a past time to soak-up your grey nomad years at the very expensive cost of ripping off unknowing tourists/patrons!

Stayed in the motel and had early dinner here. Tasty, reasonable price and staff were super friendly and attentive. Best chips I have had in years.
