Subway - Green

Do not visit this restaurant. The staff here are indifferent to preparing your sandwich. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and was given only 4 slices of roast beef, 4 slices of cheese, 4 cucumbers, and minimal veggies. However, when I requested mayonnaise, the employee drowned my sandwich in so much mayo that I nearly fainted. I typically enjoy Subway, but the workers at this location are lazy, unmotivated, and prefer to chat among themselves. I have visited Subways in other nearby countries like Denmark and Luxembourg, where the employees were much better. My experience here was disappointing. It is best to save your money and dine elsewhere.

This restaurant has transformed from being one of the worst in the area to one of the best! The new management is doing an excellent job!

Have had okay service here sometimes, but usually have rude employees. Never seems to be the same employees. Today I got my usually BMT and the guy must have gotten my order confused with the previous order because instead of the salami he put turkey. Then he told his coworker that it was an All American. Didn't notice the turkey until I started eating.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered online for pick up and received an email saying my order would be ready at 5:40pm. When I arrived at around 6pm, there were 3 people ahead of me and 3 people behind me in line, but my order was not ready. The staff member working said he hadn't even looked at the online orders. I waited in line, only to be told that they were out of Italian bread and had very limited options available. I was unable to wait any longer, so I asked the staff member to cancel my order. Unfortunately, he did not know how to do that. I left without my food and no refund, despite already leaving a tip. When I tried calling the restaurant the next morning, no one answered. It's clear that they need to come up with a better plan to improve their service.
