Taco Bell - Greeley

1. Here, for the Rockies Taco Special. The ride through was quite slow, but expected, and its increasingly faster to wait in the drive through than order inward, as its policy seems that driving through customers consistently get priority in their orders about in the store. The answer was quick and very friendly. No pressing to buy anything other than the special $2 for 4 crisp tacos). The tacos were hot, crispy bowls, and much more meat than most other Taco Bells I had. Make sure to ask for your sauce, and additional napkins because the children who work there sometimes forget to ask. This Taco Bell is highly recommended! Update: Now that I've been there many times, I can say that they're consistently top notch. Always busy, but very fast. The best Taco Bell in Greeley. Very recommended!

Overall not too bad, but there was a lot of bad language from the kitchen, while my 10 year old daughter and I waited for our food. A manager eventually went back there and told them to observe their language, but it was too little too late. The food was good, the restaurant was clean, but the lack of professionalism from the staff has ruined it for us.

Their website and Google clearly said they were open at 7, but when I went into the ride thru at 7:20, I waited a few minutes without help. The sign and the lights were on. Then I called and asked if they were open, and I was told that they were waiting for their eggs to be done, and that it would be 5 minutes. I said I'd be late to work and asked if I could order something without eggs, and I was told no. I had to be hungry all day at work because I had no time to go somewhere else at this point. I am disappointed with their lack of reliability and the fact that they wouldn't serve me just because they didn't make their eggs early enough. It seems to me that employees probably didn't want to work anymore. If that's politics, it's a poorer one. On the other day here and there was no chicken my chicken quesadilla, it was not cut, and she gave me the wrong sauce (after I double checked that they heard me and it was displayed on the board.

It's great if it's open or working properly, but that's less often than it should be. Card reader is below, but they do not issue a sign until you are already caught in the drive. It happens regularly. Often from articles. The staff can't keep. I'll avoid it for a while because I can't risk it at a lunch break.

Can't fix an ice machine that hasn't work in 1.5 months expect to drink hot drinks 1/2 drinks don't work. taco shell ice cold. and at lunchtime 2 3 workers have meeting at a table with no regard line is getting longer meeting not just once but always at noon. guess bad food is ok vs better in their eyes...NOT!
