We had a meal at the hotel della fonte and I don't know if I made the wrong decisions, but everything was disappointing. the bruschetta to begin was the best and that was average, my main was a local pasta dish...with sausage, which was terrible oily and quite tasteless. followed by a dried pork fillet. the pasta and the pig were the only meal I did not finish (I hardly touched them) on my whole holiday. the last desert was a millefoglia, which was acceptable without being anything special. the service was friendly, but no amount of smiling could be served for eating.

Several times in the hotel della dined fonte that eating was excellent, specializing in local food. the strong unzezi (homemade pasta) with speck, sausage and mushrooms was heavenly as the gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce. also the mixed grilled meat and the steak were laborious. I welcome this restaurant and want to go back.
