Domino's Pizza - Greater Noida

Do not order online with prepaid orders at this restaurant. They are consistently late and provide very poor service and delivery.

The cancellation of my order took 30 minutes, which was the same amount of time it would have taken for the food to be delivered. The vendor insisted on cancelling the order instead of transferring it. The customer service was unresponsive after three calls and made it difficult for me to file a complaint. The service was very poor. I hope it improves, or else they should consider shutting down. It's not worth dealing with such an inconvenient workforce.

This restaurant is located in a large space at the MSX mall in Greater Noida, offering affordable prices. While the menu is similar to other Domino's outlets, I found the service to be much better here. However, my delivery experience was not as enjoyable. I was disappointed that I was not able to get extra seasoning on my garlic bread, even after requesting it. The delivery guy seemed indifferent to my request, which was disappointing in terms of customer satisfaction.

Good place and amazing pizza and other option but small capacity for sitting and delay in service. Pathetic service it takkes almost 1 hour to deliver pizzas .Over all its a nice place to visit for pizza in greater noida.

For any home delivery ordered with Domino's, we get it delivered from this outlet. The Service is okay as couple of times we had delayed delivery. The food remains a favorite to all of us but the tacos and the garlic breads are the hot favorites. Also they come up with many schemes which gives a comfort to our pocket. The food being same all across Dominos outlet in India, sometimes I felt that the toppings and the extra cheese ordered are not complied with.
