We had the most amazing evening and James and his amazing team couldn't have done more to provide beautiful food fabulous cocktails and so much kindness well over and above anything we could have hoped for. The atmosphere is warm friendly and super welcoming. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon. Thankyou all so much you are the best !! Friendly, accommodating and helpful. A great place to dine and meet up near Stansted Airport. The children could run around in the garden without upsetting other guests. No complaints about the food, but would suggest maybe more vegetables. Would definitely visit again if we get the chance. Kid-friendliness: The boys were given a football to kick about around the goal at the end of the garden away from the tables. The Sunday roasts one beef, one pork, was delicious. Served piping hot and the homemade dessert was equally fabulous. Service was also excellent. We are hoping to move to the area so this would become our ‘local’. The restaurant was virtually empty when we went (5pm) and no one else had come in when we left at 7pm.where is everyone?
