The staff at this restaurant is fantastic—great service! There can be a bit of a wait at times, but it's usually not too long.
It took 10 to 15 minutes to place my order, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. Every time I requested something to be removed or added to an item, they seemed to get it wrong. For instance, I ordered a crispy chicken bowl without BBQ sauce, and somehow they added extra sauce instead. The person who took my order was the one who messed it up! There was no apology or offer to remake it. I ended up waiting in the store for over 30 minutes, only to receive the wrong order.
More coffee leftovers at the bottom of my cups, lately. I know it's a TH thing, more than the staff, but I think it's also when a rep is focusing on 3 things at once. Not my problem, to investigate.
