Takes 10 to 15 minutes to take the order when you're the only one in the store. Then when you ask for something taken off or added to an item then mess it up everytime! Example today I ordered a crispy chicken bowl with no BBQ sauce and she puts extra on it, and she's the one that rang it in! No apology or offer to remake it! Wad in the store for over 30 minutes and then they messed up my order.
The service inside the store always seems to be terrible!
More coffee leftovers at the bottom of my cups, lately. I know it's a TH thing, more than the staff, but I think it's also when a rep is focusing on 3 things at once. Not my problem, to investigate.
