I can understand why some people might have had a negative experience at this place, but my visit for skin cancer surgery was exceptional. The staff, from the nurses to the surgeon, were incredibly kind and attentive. They took care of the little things, like providing extra pillows and offering ginger ale, and even wheeled me to my room sooner than expected when I needed to use the restroom (which was a much better option than using a bedpan, though I didn’t mind that either). The parking can be a bit tricky, but I’ve dealt with worse in larger cities, and I know that such challenges often come with the expansion of medical facilities.

I can empathize with those who had a less than satisfactory experience here. My own visit for skin cancer surgery was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from the nurses to the surgeon, was exceptionally kind and attentive. They truly went above and beyond with thoughtful touches, such as bringing me extra pillows, offering ginger ale, and even taking me to my room earlier than planned when I needed to use the restroom (honestly, I was fine with either that option or a bedpan). The parking situation can be a bit tricky, but having lived in a larger city with more complex directions before, I understand it’s just part of the growing pains that come with expanding medical facilities.

My partner and I were involved in a serious motorcycle accident and, regrettably, ended up receiving treatment at this hospital. If you can even call it treatment. I left the hospital unable to walk without assistance and with multiple deep wounds that were left untreated. My head and face were so swollen that I could barely see out of one eye. The stitches I received were poorly executed, leaving me with uneven scars that will likely be permanent. It felt like they were just rushing me through the process without providing proper care. There were no follow-up calls or appointments set up for trauma treatment after my discharge. The whole experience was absolutely terrible for both me and my partner! He was sent home with an untreated hole in his elbow! We are now seeking care elsewhere. This hospital is simply awful!

I gave birth to my first baby here, it was an amazing experience, everyone was so caring helpful and got done what needed to be done I had an amazing nurse named ash, and Dr Johnson was a heaven sent. They followed my no man rule as I have ptsd and I cannot recommend them enough!

Went in to get some pathology work done. I met the pathologist. Kristine koeing. From the start, she was rude. Rude as in I was a bug under a glass too her kinda rude. She then proceeded too take a call from her husband, in the middle of a question (cut me off. I understand you rarely work with patients on -hand, but don 't make me feel like your husband Jeff is more important (yes she said his name. Than your patients that you clearly don 't want too see.Will never return for pathology again.P.s. I understand you have a minivan.But don 't cut people off out of the parking lot, kristi!
