Russ' - Grand Rapids

The food is delicious. We had BLT onion rings rubbing sand, the sweet potato fries. Had carrot cake that tastes homemade. Server was fast and friendly.

The chicken was outstanding, and I enjoyed it with squash and a baked potato. While I love squash, it wasn't my favorite part of the meal. We had water to drink, but we were never offered a refill. We ordered an appetizer, which was good, but we didn't receive any plates for it. Overall, the chicken was excellent, but the service was lacking. The only time the waitress came by was to drop off the check after we finished eating.

I've been visiting this place since I was a kid, and now, 30 years later, I'm bringing my two little boys here with my wife. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is quiet. Plus, the service is quick.

I had breakfast while my car was being serviced, and it was fantastic! The Dutch Omelet was delicious, and the Raisin Toast with homemade strawberry jam was superb. The staff was friendly, and the service was great!
