Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches

I have the wrong order, even if we were in business at a slow time. the hired were pac and when I complained that my order was wrong, the manager would have looked after less. I've been working in the service industry for over 20 years and never waited worse. as a bartender, this is completely unacceptable.

3 times my order has taken over an hour for delivery and I work less than 2 minutes on the road. they always forget and never apologize. Today I called where my order was. I missed my meeting and needed my eating, so I asked where it was, the type on the phone was extremely rude, cut me out and log. He said my eating was for delivery, I told him that the tracker said that for 20 minutes and in the straight on the road, he cut me off and didn't listen. I stopped because he made me angry. I want to call back and ask for a refund because they forgot and he was super rude. if they order the delivery of this place, do they plan it an hour.

I was told i could not place an order due to understaffing.. there were 6 people in there on a monday. They told me to step outside the store and call them to place an order.. WTH??

Absolutely not! I canceled my order after 1hr and 4mins. Manager is very non chalant

Not, I repeat, don't eat them with this jimmy johns. the workers there are evil with rough dresses they smell. the managers are prejudiced! if they are a minor, they don't work here! they rent only caucasian manager treat there minors like dirt! nasty place for customer service eating, beware!
