Burger King - Grand Rapids

UPDATE: Does Burger King redeem her self? Was not in a long time due to several bad experiences (as written above). Have a desire for a chicken sandwich, so you drove on the hill and rose in line. The line took a little, but as soon as we came to the second window, the food was already waiting for us, nice and hot. Got one of their new shakes and I'll say it was excellent. Burger King is a favorite child and if this becomes the new trend for this location, you have a new regular customer. (Past Review) I go to the original chicken sandwich level, add spicy sauce. Always a great choice. Mix and fit with a whopper, of course! Edit: I've been to this special place a few times since this review was written and received absolutely terrible service every time. My fiancée wanted a chocolate shaker, so I proposed Burger King. Big mistake. We did! I don't understand how this man gave me that and thought someone would like that

Food was hot and fresh Elderly guys working the front was not good seamed attitude and was not suitable for the job he was assigned Hope they replace the guy All others seemed great and younger Greater was very polite and seemed motivated workers

Manager at night Chris is fabulous! Bless his heart for taking up all this anger. I understand the frustration when the bk app deal you get out is not available, but customers are going crazy as the restaurant or it workers can control this. A little kindness goes a long way folks

First "Their shake machine was down" Only 3 cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get to the window.

Slow af, always gets my oder wrong, insists i didnt oder a drink when the reciept says otherwise, do not reccomend, 4/10 wud eat again cuz i need that food
