Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

If you haven't been to Freddy's yet, you definitely should! They serve a classic smash burger, delightful shoestring fries, and amazing ice cream desserts. Plus, there's a spacious parking lot and a drive-thru, conveniently located near the airport.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited at the counter for about 20 minutes, and not one of the employees even acknowledged me. Eventually, I decided to leave. I've never encountered this kind of service in any other fast-food place. The girl at the counter looked so miserable that I couldn't help but wonder if they were being paid less than minimum wage, which might explain their lack of concern for customers. I'm really disappointed. This was my first visit to Freddy's, and it will definitely be my last. I'll be sharing this with my friends and followers.

The fries were surprising in both shape and quantity. A “large” really is large here, but they were very thin—about a quarter of the size of average fries. They were more like freshly made potato chips, crispy and lacking the soft center that most places offer. I wasn’t a huge fan of them, but we managed to eat quite a few before having to discard the rest. Apparently, there’s a secret sauce they sell for dipping fries that we didn’t try. I ordered a milkshake, and while its consistency was similar to soft ice cream, the flavor was quite good.

If they are at the Grand Transit and do not have any options for eating. eating at this place is not comparable to other freddy’s. meat is ultra thin and dry. restaurant and restaurant is not too clean. the worst is the girl that takes our order is rude and not nice. where is the customer service?!

Custard is the best! Great location for stopping on a road trip. Friendly service. Juicy burgers. Not a fan of shoestring fries, but they were still good.
