First Watch - Grand Junction

This was our first time eating here and it was AMAZING! The food was delicious and our server Stella was on top of everything! One of the best servers ive ever had! We will definitely be back to see Stella again!!

Much better than the last time I had eaten there. Then the avocado was not ripe, it was hard. This time, it was good but it needs pickled radish or pickled carrots. A place called The Grove does that n it is delicious. Today, we met up with two friends there. We didn't know who the waitress was who took their order and stopped one n said we were ready to order. She snapped n said she was NOT our waitress n ours was very very busy. She did not realize we had came in later n just needed menus. Our waitress did come and was so nice n far better than the other one.

FIRST WATCH IS TRULY A HIDDEN GEM THE MOST AUTHENTIC RESTAURANT IVE BEEN TO IN GJ ? what an amazing menu ! I ordered the pumpkin pancake meal (had potatoes instead of meat) the quantity is incredible ! The pancake was bigger than my face ! The potatoes are so good I couldn’t stop eating them ! I’m looking forward to trying even more from their unique and creative menu ! I’ve been to A LOT of different restaurants in GJ and one thing I’ve noticed is the lack of variety . A lot of them serve the same thing with a different name . First Watch is truly out of the ordinary . Absolutely amazing tasting good , huge quality and fantastic quality . Their pricing is in the same ballpark as the other restaurants in town . In fact , some of their items are actually cheaper !! I’ll definitely be a returning customer!! The staff is friendly , the atmosphere is just gorgeous ! Awesome music . Just great vibes , great food . Highly recommend if you’re looking to get out of the everyday and try something new!

Stoped in here for a quick breakfast and it was delicious! I ordered the works omelet and it was so yummy! It had just the right about of toppings! We also shared the million dollar bacon and it was so prefect with the sweet savory mix! I highly recommend stopping in for a quick bite! With a party of two we only had about a 10 minute wait time, on a Saturday morning at 10:00!

I loved the atmosphere and the physical space had a clean, modern look. It was busy despite being a weekday, but the staff was very attentive and did a wonderful job. The food tasted incredible and was beautifully plated. My only complaint is that there was only one vegan option (although it was wonderful).Vegetarian options: There were several vegetarian options, but only one vegan option.Wheelchair accessibility: The entire restaurant is on the ground floor and appears to be suitable for wheelchair users.
