Chipotle Mexican Grill - Grand Junction

If I could give zero stars I WOULD. I originally came into this Chipotle to order some food since I was hungry. After getting my food I sat in my car and ate the food. While I was eating my food I see a hair strand inside the bowl. I was seriously disgusted. This was atrocious. I also got a bag of chips and these chips were very VERY salty. Any other chipotle does not have this much salt on the chips. Also, these chips were VERY sour. I don’t mind the sourness but it was TOO much for chips. I’m from California where chipotle is so much better.I hope next time I don’t see any disgusting stuff like this… and thank you ? I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

I ordered a salad which hardly had any lettuce in, it was more like a bowl than a salad. Also, they somehow fail to tell you that if they suggest something to add such as queso, it is an add on which costs more. Very misleading and then you get your total to pay which is much more than you expected.

The girls working on this place are as bad as it will. every burrito I've bought is soggy because they refuse to actually wrap it, and when they come to the salsa part of the counter - without fail they will ask that? in a degrading ton, as if it is their burrito they're making. to eliminate everything if they order more than one product, they will be sure to give them half parts for each topping. I feel for the workers and I'm not complaining to someone, but these girls are terrible every time I went in.

I had tried Chipotle only recently, and it was so good that I later got a burrito for dinner, but it didn't even make it 30 minutes through the door, I was so filled, but it was worth it. I would say the star of the show for me was the Queso and the Fajita vegetables. How man... This Fajita vegetables added so much. Both the chicken and the barbacoa were pretty good. 10/10, will definitely come back here.

We ordered catering for a small wedding ceremony. Eating was definitely a big hit. Three stars for service and atmosphere just because there is a pick-up order with very little interaction with the staff and in the restaurant, but the food was great.
