Mcdonald's - Grand Island

Ordered a McDouble with extra pickles, it had no pickles and no onions. Then I ordered another McDouble with no onion, no ketchup and no mustard. It came with only ketchup and mustard. I also got a McChicken and the lettuce and mayo were all over the bun and inside the wrapper. It takes a special kind of person to mess up an order this much and not care about how its presented. I would not order from this McDonalds on door dash.

The grandchildren saw the playroom and wanted to go. Unfortunately, the playroom is closed, but they enjoyed their meal on the tables. Sweet. but fast eating is in the regular not good eating, and the prices are much too high.

Ordered a big mac from the Grand Island location, it was almost 7 dollars and it was cold and dry, the top sesame seed bun was stale and old, I threw the top bun right in the garage as it was inedible, the quality McDonald's products have gone way down, the food seems old and cold. We went to burger king niagara falls location).and we ordered the big king and wow! What a difference, hot fresh and friendly service, and the cost was only two for five.

Drive Thru: A woman with pink colored hair (had no name plate on) who took our order was rude and disrespectful when we were ordering and when handing us food, just sat there smacking her bubble gum instead. Handed us our drinks with no ice in them, didn’t say a word to us just continued chomping on her gum.
