Bidra med feedbackFirst time dinning here. If you haven't tried it yet what are you waiting for?!! I had the pulled pork wraps and every bite was so packed with flavor--Wow! I love the laid back atmosphere and the staff is so fun ???? Definitely going to be back ??
I highly recommend the fried pickles and Cajun pasta. The food was excellent, served promptly, and the atmosphere was fantastic!
In response to the reply I received: I believe it's inappropriate to comment publicly on interactions between an employee and employer when you are neither. Even if you are, this could lead to potential legal issues. My initial post was a valid and honest review based on my experience, not a personal attack. However, your response feels personal, perhaps because you have no answer to my legitimate concerns about the rude staff. Although the restaurant is separate from the hotel, the front desk staff often have to apologize for your poor service. I appreciate a good time and have worked as a bartender in Denver at far more enjoyable places, but a hotel must conduct business properly. This includes being able to communicate effectively with hotel guests. Remember, you are located within a hotel, not the other way around. If the owners were less rude and self-centered, they would address the sound issues. Furthermore, it’s irresponsible to allow your customers to threaten hotel staff, especially one of your loyal patrons. If you were truly responsible, you would recognize that this is the situation, rather than dismiss it as a mere argument.
I visited for dinner at 4 p.m. and found out it was burger night, which was a pleasant surprise. I ordered a burger, fries, and a large beer for just $10. My wife opted for the same meal. Both burgers were fantastic! The waitress took the time to explain each burger to us, which was a nice touch. I will definitely return the next time I cross the border.
After receiving a response to my review, I felt compelled to adjust my comments. It’s not appropriate for you to publicly comment on the relationship between an employee and employer, especially if you’re not one of them. Even if you are, it could lead to legal complications. My review was a legitimate reflection of my experience and not a personal attack. In contrast, your response came across as personal, likely because you had no real reply to my concerns about the rude service. Although the restaurant is separate from the hotel, the front desk staff are left to apologize for the poor service provided at your establishment. I enjoy a lively atmosphere—I bartended in Denver at places that were far more enjoyable—but a hotel needs to maintain a standard of service, which includes ensuring that guests can communicate effectively with one another. Remember, your business is situated within a hotel, not the other way around. If your owners were less rude and self-centered, they would have addressed the noise issues. Additionally, it's irresponsible to allow customers to threaten hotel staff, especially someone who is a regular patron. If you were truly responsible, you'd be aware that this kind of behavior was occurring rather than dismissing it as a mere argument.
