Bidra med feedbackOkay. I lived in Mexico as a child until I was about 7 years old, then again as an adult from 1988 to 2005. I know my Mexican food. Today my first time was to Garcia 's and I ordered a chimichanga, my wife ordered fish. She was not happy because she wanted grilled fish and was served fried fish, but she seemed to like it exactly the same (my wife is Mexican, so she knows, of course, her Mexican food). I was satisfied with my plate, the Chimichanga was tasty, the sour cream and miniscule served by Guacamole were good. I don't enjoy rice, but that's really no reflection on the restaurant, I'm just not a fan of what they call in Mexico sopa de aroz as rice with tomato sauce, and the beans were ok, but nothing special. The restaurant was clean, the service was decent, the people were friendly and polite, the price (and I am a tight watt) was appropriate. I'll go back the next time I feel like Mexican food. Finally, I would like to recommend that you try this place.
Went to lunch around 2:30p. The wait wasn’t very long. Service was alright: very short conversations before she left. Food came out quick. Ordered the beef chimichanga. It was great! It was small though so if you’re hungry like I was I would order the dinner plate. The salsa wasn’t very flavorful. I would come again
Friendly staff, wonderful family atmosphere, delicious food and delicious drinks. Garcias is the best Mexican restaurant in Granbury! Visit us!
The food here was excellent! They serve a wide variety of traditional recipes including many wonderful seafood offerings. I had the chili rellenos, which was very good served with a homemade guacamole the had a bit of spice to it. The star, however, was the tamales that my wife had. They were moist and flavorful. This place is worth going out of your way to visit!
The chips and salsa are excellent! The food is delicious and reasonably priced, making it well worth your money. If you're a fan of margaritas, you must try her top-shelf margarita—it's fantastic!
