The Ground Gallery Coffee House

Fantastic Restaurant! They have fresh in-house baking that is simply amazing. I always find myself getting at least one muffin with my coffee, but sometimes the muffins look so large and tempting that I can’t resist getting two! They serve JJ Bean coffee from Vancouver, which is a great choice. The Gallery also features lovely local pottery (I picked up a serving bowl), along with beautiful artwork on the walls and a nice selection of t-shirts and hoodies.

I was on the lookout for a good coffee on the island and I found it at Ground. The staff was fantastic, and I enjoyed a delicious flat white along with a cookie. They also have some cool local merchandise available!

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the owners are wonderful! I absolutely love it!

Really good coffee and lattes (several alternative milk options), and delicious cookies. Friendly staff and nice place to relax. The kids enjoyed the artist's work and fun photo opportunities outside.

Good coffee, great muffins, and friendly staff. It gets busy right around 10, so consider coming early. They charge for WiFi, which is...maybe a good idea? There isn't a lot of space, so it makes sense to not want people to just hang out on the internet if they aren't buying anything.
