Bidra med feedbackOutdoor seating only, but the bar area is very eclectic and definitely a vibe. Came here with a group of friends during one of the last weekends on August, and it was hot! Would've been nice to have more shade or outdoor fans in the seating area. They have a broad selection of in house brews and I loved that they had small (4 oz) pours since I'm such a lightweight! Overall nice place to get a drink and cool area to explore.
What a great place to host an outdoor gathering. the beers are just my type: interestinng, seasonal, varied, not all bitters. the outdoor area is full of character and watching the sun set over the river is pure magic. can't wait to go back to spend an afternoon in the autumn.
My husband and I were visiting Asheboro,NC for a little getaway and since everything in that town was closed we looked for something nearby. We found this brewery that was about 45 minutes from where we were but was so worth the drive. The drive itself was beautiful with all the farm views and peaceful highways. It was a getaway just to get away from the traffic and people where we live. We got to the brewery and the bartender was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She even offered to buy my beer if I didn't like it from one of their cans she opened. Their beers were amazing and had quite the selection to choose from and had several take home options too. I also loved the designs on the cans which apparently the owner does himself. The design of the building is really cool and was an old textile mill that looks like something from The Walkng Dead. We will definitely be back there again in the future.
Laura c obviously can't handle constructive criticism because she attacked me for leaving a review. I didn't like the place and that's my opinion other people may not either.
This is a great place to stop if you're in the area or make a side trip! It's situated in an old mill with other businesses including a general store, (has beer a grill) bicycle shop, and event venue. Large selection of beers...not all are IPAs!! Great outside seating. High tops, picnic tables, casual seating. Not sure if it's dog-friendly on the seating area, but definitely family-friendly. Many people had kids with them when they were there. Friendly staff.
