Sailors - Graal-Mueritz

The wooden restaurant at the standhotel Deichgraf offers excellent dishes and very good wines. The selected fish dish with cucumbers Risotto was both visually and tastefully as perfect as the pasta with shrimps. The service was friendly and accommodating. A really great ambience with excellent cuisine and friendly staff:

In the whole, the decision to eat at the Deichgraf restaurant was not wrong. My wife decided to be an appetizer for the gratinated goat fresh cheese with a side salad and as the main course for the Baltic sea boar with wild pork and for me there were calf livers with potato puree with a small salad variation with raspberry vinegar. I draw off a star, because the cod had a rubber-like consistency and the second star, because the service had tried, but did not correspond to the price level of the restaurant. It began with the fact that I could not describe the size of the salad, the cutlery was erroneously placed and with my wife was forgotten to put a corresponding knife for the salad on the table. Also the hint that there was no pepper and salt on the table for bread and butter was not noticed. Only when I stood at the vault and asked for pepper and salt to the main course was an apology from the operation. He's only 4 days in this job. The calf liver with steamed onions and potato puree was very good and recommended. Conclusion: The ambience is very nice, but for 70 € for 2 people I would have expected a little more of service and quality in the fish.

Excellent! Very delicious, high-quality food! Prices are appropriate, but the quality is 1A! The chocolate tarts on the dessert card are particularly noteworthy. The ambience is appealing and the staff is very friendly.

The food (Lamm and Zander) was very good. Dessert even better. Ambience pleasant, staff friendly and professional. Quietly located, right behind the dunes. Parking for 1€ per hour directly next door.
