The best pub and restaurant food you'll find in the area by far. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. There’s a lovely terrace that enjoys the evening sun during the summer.

The food is truly outstanding. I highly recommend the crab and chip butty, the smoked fish and caviar vol-au-vent for appetizers, and the poached haddock with lentils. The menu is well-conceived and absolutely delicious. However, if you're hard of hearing, this may not be the best place for you, as the acoustics can be difficult. The staff were amazing and took great care of us. The cocktails were exceptionally well-crafted, and the crémant was delightful as well.

I had a wonderful evening here! The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, with a friendly local vibe. The happy hour is definitely a great deal as well (4-7 PM).

We are very lucky to have this place on our doorstep. The food is always fantastic and I love their roasts and burgers (especially on Mondays when it's burger and beer for £15). I have a sweet tooth too and their desserts are always top notch.

Had a nice dining experience. The food was good and received a friendly and professional service. The food items were a bit pricey though, higher then other pubs which do same Sunday roast.
